Guests can have a ride on the small gauge railway through the Harz. They can also visit the caves in Rübeland, or the historic cities of Wernigerode, Quedlinburg and Goslar.In the winter guests can reach the ski piste opposite the house in ten minutes on foot. Sankt Andreasberg has a ski area with 2 chairlifts and 3 drag lifts. Due to the snow cannons at the Sankt Andreasberg ski area, snow is assured.
